The Latest

Welcome to the best, and probably the first real fansite of Joss Whedon's new much-anticipated TV show: Dollhouse. We're here to bring you all the latest updates and progress of the upcoming series; as well as media and articles to keep you busy for hours.
This is what so many of us have been waiting for since that heart-breaking day in May of 2004, when the final episode of 'Angel' aired and we had to say goodbye to our only remaining link to the Whedonverse. I think that is why we can expect so many fans of Dollhouse to be fans of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel and Firefly. These three amazing shows caused a worldwide stir a few years ago; and fans still, to this day, watch the re-runs and visit conventions.
However, I think this is the breath of fresh air everyone has been praying for: Joss Whedon back at his best. The man never lets his audiences down, so naturally people are expecting the delivery of something spectacular with Dollhouse. I'm sure they won't be disappointed.

What do you think about the new series? Will Joss Whedon live up to the standards set by shows such as Buffy & Angel? What is your opinion on the choice of Eliza Dushku for main role?

FAQ

When will Dollhouse be aired on TV?
It is scheduled to air early to mid-January at 8pm on Fox.

What is it about?
The show follows an organization that employs mind-wiped DNA-altered humans known as Dolls who are implanted with false memories and skills for various missions and tasks which people can 'rent' them for. When they are not 'at work' they are living in a real life Dollhouse which gives the show the name. One of those mind-wiped humans, a young woman named Echo, is slowly starting to become aware of herself and what's going on - all the while somebody on the outside is trying to bring the Dollhouse down while getting closer to Echo - possibly not aware that she is one of the Dolls they are after.

Can we expect any other familiar Whedonverse stars in Dollhouse?
Apart from Eliza Dushku, Amy Acker will supposedly be making an appearance in the series.
